WHAT IS FREEZE-DRYING?
Freeze-drying is a preservation method that gently removes moisture at low temperatures, keeping the natural proteins, vitamins, and minerals intact. Unlike oven roasting or other high-heat methods, it doesn’t denature proteins or strip away key nutrients. The result is a treat with nearly all the benefits of raw food, but shelf-stable and easy to store.
