Moz Pet is proudly made in Quebec, created by a passionate couple who started the brand after seeing their own dog, Mozart, heal from diabetes after switching to a fresh raw diet. This isn’t a corporate food, it’s a labour of love from pet parents who care deeply about what goes into the bowl. Just like the story behind many of our brands, Moz was the answer to ongoing problems our pets suffer with when they're eating an ultra-processed diet. This revolutionary pet food, is actually made using technology that has been used in Germany for more than 30 years! ❄️ So What Is Cold-Pressed Sterilization?

Here’s where it gets interesting and different from anything else in our store.

Moz uses a cold-pressed sterilization process that keeps the food completely raw...but safe. It’s not HPP (High Pressure Processing), and it’s definitely not cooked.

Instead, their patented process sterilizes the food at very low temperatures, just enough to eliminate pathogens, but not enough to damage sensitive nutrients, enzymes, or the structure of the proteins. That means:

Moz follows a prey model formula, meaning it’s built around what a carnivore would naturally eat. It includes:

One of my favourite things about Moz is its versatility. You can:

✨ Use it as a complete meal because it is a complete and balanced diet, and ideal for pets already on raw or transitioning to raw.

✨ Add it to your current food, just adding a few bites to freshen up a kibble meal and immediately boost hydration, enzymes, and taste.

✨ Use it for travel or backup, because it’s shelf-stable when unopened, it’s great to have on hand when fridge or freezer space is limited, if you're travelling or you just forgot to thaw your regular raw food!

Once opened, you keep it in the fridge and use it within four days!
