Description
Nocturna is a concentrated herbal formula used for enabling a more restful sleep. Naturally calming and relaxing, it addresses both mental and physical symptoms that prevent peaceful slumber, with a blend of traditional herbs. Valerian assists in both mental and physical relaxation, calms anxiety and nervousness, and alleviates menstrual and muscle cramps and spasms. Albizia kalkora, Biota orientalis and Zizyphus jujuba, calm emotions and reduce stress. Passion-flower eases stomach and gastro-intestinal distress and discomfort due to anxiety and nervousness, helps soothe Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), and also treats insomnia.
RECOMMENDED USE: Hops, Passionflower and Valerian are traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as sleep aids.

OTHER INGREDIENTS: Purified water, Citric acid, Potassium sorbate, Sodium benzoate, Stevia rebaudiana Leaf, Cherry and Peppermint Flavours.
RECOMMENDED SERVING: Adults: Take 2 tablespoons (30 mL) once per day, 30 minutes before bedtime. Can be mixed with juice or water. Shake well before use.
DURATION OF USE: For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.
CAUTIONS: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have depression, diarrhea, liver disorders or are taking prescription medications. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, and /or loss of appetite occur as these may be symptoms of liver disease. Consumption with alcohol, other medications and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or performing activities requiring mental alertness within two hours of consumption. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Do not use if security seal is broken.
STORAGE: Refrigerate after opening. Store away from children. Consume within three (3) months after opening.
